QA/QC Introduction

Based on "Quality first" policy, we inspect all products before going out the factory. Our Quality Dept. has 8 people who are in charge of inspection. All the working process is as following:
1) All disqualification parts be turned down, all disqualification finished-goods can't allow to be sent out warehouse
2) Strictly put in force in first check, go on a tour of inspection and end inspection in the production line
3) Specially check the parts come from our cooperation units and ensure each part is excellent to our warehouse
4) Keep the quality report and set up quality files. Analysis all the problems returned from clients and solve it completely. At the same time take defend measurement to assure quality problem be released forever
